When will my VIP package arrive?

Your VIP pack will arrive by the week of your show, unless ordered within that window. We will attempt to bring your items if ordered within a week of the event itself but if we are unable to, they may get shipped and arrive after the show.

What time do I show up the day of the show?

Check in will happen approximately 4pm. We will send a follow up email within 24 hours of the show to confirm and remind you when to arrive.

Where do I go and what should I bring?

When you arrive at the venue, please form a line with the other VIP’s at the front door of the venue. A member of MNE’s Team will arrive approximately 4pm to check you in. Please bring photo ID to match the name on your order to expedite check-in.
